Cancellation Policy (7 days)
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date will not be charged
Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival date will result in full charges
No-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Payment will be processed 7 days prior to arrival using the card provided at the time of booking

Credit card surcharge - There is a 2% surcharge for all credit card payments.
Damage & Excessive Cleaning - Any damage to rooms or property, failure to clean dishes, or excessive cleaning required will incur additional charges, which will be processed on the credit card provided at check-in
Smoking Policy - All rooms are strictly non-smoking. A cleaning fee of NZD 350 will apply for smoking in rooms. Please smoke well away from the building, ensuring windows and doors are closed. Kindly dispose of cigarette butts in designated ashtrays or rubbish bins.
Age restriction - The minimum age to check in is 18.
Children aged 13 years and above are considered adults at this property. To see the correct prices and occupancy information, enter the number of children in your group as well as their ages in your search.
Parking - Free off street parking is available. It is allocated on a first come first served basis. If the car park is full street parking is free between 4pm and 10am.
Porta Cot - NZD 20 when requested.
Pet Policy - Pets are not allowed .
Group Policy - Terms and conditions are different for bookings of 3 or more rooms, please contact the property directly.
Quiet Hours - are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Disruptive behavior may result in additional charges or early check-out without refund.
Liability - The property is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. Valuables should be kept secure at all times.
